By using tool.kdpsystem.online (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

KDP System provides an estimate of Amazon KDP royalties, printing costs, delivery fees, profit margins, and break-even ad spend based on the inputs you provide and publicly available KDP rate tables. The Service is an educational and planning tool, not financial, legal, tax, or publishing advice.

2. Estimates, not guarantees

All numbers are estimates. KDP rates, printing costs, royalty bands, VAT rules, and eligibility requirements can change. Your actual royalty may differ because of taxes, price matching, currency conversion, expanded distribution, file-size calculations, or other factors. Always verify your numbers in KDP before publishing or spending money on ads.

3. No earnings guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will earn money, sell books, or achieve any particular result. Publishing and advertising involve risk. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate inputs so the estimate is useful.
• Use the Service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service without permission.
• Do not use the Service to violate Amazon's policies or any applicable law.

5. Email and communications

When you unlock a full report, you consent to receive the report and related KDP emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, copy, code, and reports are owned by KDP System or its licensors. You may use the reports for your own personal or internal business planning. You may not resell or publish the Service itself.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers such as Cloudflare, MailerLite, Google Analytics, and payment processors. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KDP System and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you have not paid us anything.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold KDP System harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of India.
